MABVCO RECEIVES RECOGNITION
FROM DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
MABVCO has been recognized as one of Department of Agriculture's active partners in the development of the Banana Industry in the Davao Region.
This recognition was given during the Cavendish Banana Stakeholders Recognition last May 2, 2022 at Waterfront Insular Hotel, Davao City.

In line with the organization's Mission, Vision and Values statement, the spiritual aspect of the company is considered as one of the core values that MABVCO prioritizes.
A weekly values session headed by MABVCO's spiritual director, Fr. Erwin Rommel Torres, is conducted for both the Davao-based employees and those assigned in the field.
This values session is one of MABVCO's Corporate Programs in continually guiding its members not to forget the spiritual aspect beyond working.

HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAM
As part of MABVCO's Values Statement is to take care of its people and one way of taking care is to evaluate and maintain the employees' physical fitness.
MABVCO engages in the following programs for its employees:
MEDICAL CHECKUP
- A free medical checkup is done twice a year for all employees to check its physical health.
- Employees can avail gym membership so that they may still exercise despite their busy schedules.
WAISTLINE MEASUREMENT CHALLENGE
This is a program for all employees who fit the following criteria:

- Female employees with waistline measuring 30 inches and above.
