In September 2016, MABVCO opened a new company called Greenhope Agri-Development Corp. (GADC)
who will be in charge of its own farm.
Starting of Farm 1 located at Kibuaya, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur
In September 23, 2016, the first tree was planted at GADC Farm 1 located at Brgy. Kibuaya, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur. The planted area was 50 hectares.

In March 19, 2017, GADC Farm 2 started planting its first banana . It is located at Bgry. Tanwalang, Sulop, Davao del Sur wherein the productive area is 100 hectares.

This year, MABVCO and its partners are furthermore broadening its horizon through the newly established Farm 3 which is the Green Crop Agri Ventures Corp. (GCAVC).
On March 19, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony was held at Farm 3 which is located at Brgy. New Kalibo, Mlang,North Cotabato.

And recently, last July 8, 2019 GCAVC started planting the
150 hectares banana plantation area.
